Nothing in this portal deletes attendance, work log or resume entries automatically, so records stay as long as the browser keeps its data. They live in this browser, so clearing browser data, private/incognito mode, or switching browser or device removes or hides them; use the Export CSV buttons and the backup regularly. Uploaded files sit in this browser's database, limited by the device's free disk space (see the meter under Browse resumes). For large volumes choose "Google Drive / online link" when adding a resume, so the file stays in Drive and only the link is saved here. Data is not shared between different people's computers, and the password gate is casual protection only.
